Under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the First Forum of the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprise Development was held on October 21 - 22, 2015 at the Sheraton Hotel, Kuwait.

The Forum was inaugurated by the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Yousef Al-Ali, where regional and international figures attended.
