Oxford's Program: Innovative Entrepreneurship

Overview:

This two-day workshop will focus on technical innovation approaches and skills that will support the entrepreneurs in developing their ideas to fruition. This workshop will include a review of business tools, such as the business model canvas, along with real-world case studies from Oxford University Innovation.

The training will combine teaching and practical activities on topics such as: business models, business pitching, market analysis, customer markets, financing a venture, and managing technology.

The key outcome of this workshop will be to equip the entrepreneurs with the tools and methodologies to develop, communicate, and commercialize their business concepts.

 

Overall Objectives:

•​ Develop knowledge and skills to enable successful entrepreneurship and innovation activities. 

​•​ How to evaluate the market landscape and develop a business model. 

​•​ Communicate business ideas in a concise and effective manner. 

 

Who should attend:

•​ If you have an innovative idea or business related to technology
